Shipping Policy

At Smart Ecommerce, we are committed to getting your favorite girl tees to your door as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping options, processing times, and delivery estimates.
1. Processing Time
All orders placed on our website at smartecommercellc.com are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping methods for all domestic orders:

Free Shipping Threshold: Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (before tax). The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when your subtotal meets this requirement.
3. Overnight Shipping Details
Overnight Shipping is fulfilled via FedEx Priority. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day to be shipped the same day for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the following business day. Overnight shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.
4. Alaska and Hawaii
We proudly ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates of $6.99 apply to AK and HI orders. Please note the following important information:
- Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold ($75+).
- Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 1–3 business days beyond the standard estimates.
- Overnight Shipping to AK and HI is not available; Express Shipping ($12.99) is the fastest available option for these states.
- USPS First Class Mail is the primary carrier for AK and HI standard orders.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date (after processing), not the order date. For example:
- Order placed Monday → Processed Tuesday → Shipped Wednesday → Standard delivery by next Tuesday–Wednesday
- Order placed Monday before 12 PM EST → Processed Monday → Overnight shipped Monday → Delivered Tuesday
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day.
6. Carriers
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is determined at the time of shipment based on package dimensions, destination, and current carrier availability. Our Overnight Shipping is exclusively via FedEx Priority.
7. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is handed off to the carrier. You can track your package using the following methods:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit the carrier's website directly (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) and enter your tracking number
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number if you cannot locate your tracking information
8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. However, Overnight Shipping is not available to P.O. Box addresses. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS at standard domestic rates.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Smart Ecommerce ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to international destinations. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and tracking confirms shipment, Smart Ecommerce LLC is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. However, we want to help resolve any issues you experience.
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package: First check with neighbors and household members. Then file a claim with the carrier and contact us — we will do our best to assist.
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window: Please wait an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us, as delays are sometimes temporary. Then email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
11. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Smart Ecommerce LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is wrong immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at [email protected] or (305) 908-6400 — we will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
