Q: How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Standard Shipping is $6.99 and takes 5–7 business days (FREE on orders of $75 or more). Express Shipping is $12.99 and arrives in 2–3 business days via UPS or FedEx. Overnight Shipping is $24.99 and delivers in 1 business day via FedEx Priority. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.
Q: How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. Email [email protected] with your order number to start the return process. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We are so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not entered processing. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. After processing begins, we cannot cancel but you can return the item within 30 days.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal's secure checkout. We do not accept checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
